MEDIUM LIGHT
Caution: the notes in this coffee will likely cause an ALPACAlypse. Drink with care.

  • Compostable: Our packaging is 100% compostable. Simply tear it up and throw it in your food waste bin. Probably miss. Then pick it up and gently place it in.
  • Carbon Neutral: We have neutralised the carbon footprint of this awkward little coffee through working with certified carbon removal projects.
  • Plastic Free: Ain't no ocean killing micro plastics in this packaging. So sit back, stick Attenborough on the TV, and pat yourself on the back.
  • Responsibly Sourced: From fair living wages to vetting our suppliers and partners with a fine tooth comb, we make sure this coffee reflects the change we wish to see in the world.

Farm

The Mustafá Estate is run by Ana Mustafá and has been in her family for multiple generations. Ana’s approach to farming comes from a lifetime of experience, paired with an open-minded use of the latest practices in coffee, meaning that she produces coffee that is unique and delicious.

The estate can be found in Pereira, Risaralda. Pereira is a city in the mountainous area on the Otún river valley. Along with other cities, Pereira is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the "Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia".

A traditional washed coffee has the fruit stripped off the bean almost immediately, washed to remove any leftover pulp and then left to dry on a patio in the sun. The coffee beans are turned regularly to prevent mould from growing.
